The goal was to drive enrollments for the FMB Programme, with a total intake of 60–80 students. The digital marketing objective was to generate at least 50% of this intake through online channels.

The programme targets a very specific niche - second- and third-generation members of family-run businesses looking to scale their operations. With limited organic search volumes, the focus had to shift toward push-based platforms to drive high-quality inquiries from a highly selective audience segment.

  • On Meta, testimonial-driven creatives were used to resonate with the entrepreneurial journeys of family business successors, building emotional and aspirational connect.
